**Deine Aufgaben**:
**Risikobewertung**
Du führst Compliance-Risikoanalysen durch und überprüfst interne Prozesse zur Identifikation potenzieller Compliance-Risken.

**Regulatorische Überwachung**
Die einschlägigen gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen zur Überwachung unserer Geschäftsprozesse und unserer Versicherungsprodukte sind dir besten bekannt und du wendest diese sicher an.

**Beratung**
Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit der Geschäftsleitung und den Fachabteilungen und unterstützt in allen Fragen zu Compliance und Unternehmensethik.

**Richtlinienentwicklung**
Die Erstellung und Implementierung sowie regelmäßige Aktualisierung von Richtlinien und Verfahren zur Einhaltung von Compliance-Vorgaben liegen dir.

**Vertragsprüfung**
Du verstehst es, Verträge und Vereinbarungen gemäß den rechtlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen zu überprüfen und zu genehmigen.

**Schulung**
Eine deiner Stärke ist die Organisation und Durchführung von Compliance
- Schulungen für unsere Mitarbeitenden, um das Bewusstsein für rechtliche Anforderungen und ethische Verhalten zu schärfen.

**Berichterstattung**
Du berichtest regelmäßig an die Geschäftsleitung über den Stand der Compliance-Maßnahmen, einschließlich der Dokumentation von Verstößen und ergriffenen Maßnahmen.

**Audit und Überwachung**
Unsere regelmäßigen internen und externen Audits werden durch dich durchgeführt und begleitet, damit wir die Einhaltung der Compliance-Vorgaben überwachen und gewährleisten können.

**Zusammenarbeit**
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen und externen Beratern, Aufsichtsbehörden und Versicherungspartnern stellst du die Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorschriften sicher und bereitest uns auf regulatorische Prüfungen vor.

**Das bringst du mit**:
**Fachliche Ausbildung**
Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechts
- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet, oder du hast eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung im Bereich Compliance, Risikomanagement, Finanzrecht oder Corporate Governance erfolgreich absolviert.

**Berufserfahrung**
Vorzugsweise bringst du bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich Compliance, idealerweise in der Versicherungsbranche oder im Finanzdienstleistungssektor mit. Du hast ebenso großes Interesse daran, dich fachlich im Bereich Compliance weiterzuentwickeln.

**Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache**
Englische Korrespondenz verschreckt dich nicht? Du agierst im internationalen Terrain sicher und souverän.

**Analytische Fähigkeiten**
Du besitzt starke analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten, um komplexe regulatorische Anforderungen zu interpretieren und umzusetzen.

**Kommunikationsstärke**
Deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich, setzt du gekonnt ein, um komplexe Compliance-Themen effektiv zu vermitteln.

**Gute EDV-Kenntnisse**
Egal ob Excel oder Teams, die Standard-Microsoft-Office
- Programme beherrscht du aus dem Effeff und deine gute Auffassungsgabe erleichtert es dir, dich in spezifische Verwaltungsprogramme einzuarbeiten.

**Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft**
