Dafür suchen wir Sie als engagierten Head Of Export Compliance Manager (d/m/w) in Hamburg. Mit Führungskompetenz, Lösungsorientierung und Dynamik leiten Sie ein Team von zehn Mitarbeitern, optimieren und harmonisieren bestehende Prozesse und beraten unsere Fachabteilungen bei der Umsetzung des Außenwirtschaftsrechts und der spezifischen Airbus-Richtlinien. **Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie führen disziplinarisch und fachlich das Export Control Team und bauen dieses weiter auf
- Sie leiten Projekte und Arbeitspakete zur Definition und Implementierung von Exportkontroll-Prozessen und -Systemen für einen durchgängigen End-to-End Prozess
- Sie entwickeln Konzepte und konstruktive Lösungen für die Umsetzung exportkontrollrelevanter Sachverhalte
- Sie verfolgen kontinuierlich die nationalen und internationalen Exportkontrollvorschriften
- Sie unterstützen bei internen und externen Audits zur Exportkontrolle
- Sie überwachen und beraten zu Export-Vorhaben für alle am Außenwirtschaftsverkehr beteiligten Fachbereiche und garantieren die Sicherung des Unternehmens und seiner Verantwortlichen vor Verstößen gegen einschlägiges Recht
- Sie überprüfen Transaktionen hinsichtlich Embargo
- und Sanktionsbestimmungen sowie Beschränkungen im Hinblick auf die Endverwendung

**Ihr Boarding Pass**:

- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Sie bringen bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Führung eines Teams mit
- Sie haben umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Bereich der Exportkontrolle (EU, nationales Recht/BAFA, US (ITAR/EAR))
- Sie sind mit dem Arbeiten in und Leiten von internationalen Projekten vertraut
- Sie bringen Expertise im Umgang mit export relevanten Softwaresystemen (z. B. SAP GTS) mit
- Sie bringen starke Kommunikations
- und Netzwerkfähigkeiten mit kombiniert mit Überzeugungs
- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sie haben die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte auf eine verständliche Art und Weise aufzubereiten und zu vermitteln
- Ihre Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind auf einem verhandlungssicheren Niveau
