**Head of Production Process Performance (d/m/w)**:
bei der Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder?

Der Bereich Production Process Performance ist für die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen, Methoden (z.B. MTM) und Tools für das Manufacturing Engineering und große Teile der Fertigung/ der Flugzeugproduktion am Standort Hamburg zuständig. Das in diesem Bereich neu gegründete Team für die Zeitwirtschaft wird die Vereinfachung und Synchronisation vorhandener Prozesse und technischer Abläufe, Weiterentwicklung von Standards in der Fertigung aktiv vorantreiben. Dies erfolgt mit dem klaren Fokus auf die Digitalisierung.

Du arbeitest in der größten Produktionsstätte für zivile Flugzeuge in Hamburg. Durch die Lage am südlichen Elbufer besteht die Möglichkeit, mit der Fähre zu pendeln. **Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Du hast die disziplinarische und operative Verantwortung für das Team von ca. 10 Mitarbeiter*innen (d/m/w)
- Du bist für die Personal
- und Ressourcenplanung und Budgetplanung verantwortlich
- Du verfügst über starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten/Wortgewandtheit auf allen Hierarchie Ebenen
- Du treibst die Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der aktuellen Methoden und Prozesse aktiv voran
- Du baust ein starkes Netzwerk, abteilungsübergreifend für den Standort Hamburg bzw. das Werk als auch mit den Sozialpartnern auf, hierbei betreibst aktives Schnittstellen
- und Stakeholdermanagement
- Das aktive Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung, Identifizierung von Potentialen und Umsetzung ist Deine Stärke

**Gewünschte Qualifikation und Kenntnisse**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Produktionstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Ausrichtung, Ingenieurwesen mindestens Bachelor Studiengang (Bachelor/Master)
- Du hast bereits mehrjährige Führungserfahrung (disziplinarisch und fachlich)
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Produktion, im Manufacturing Engineering, Anwendung von Produktionssystemen/ Lean Manufacturing oder Industrial Engineering mit
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Du bist offen für Veränderungen und hast bereits erfolgreich Veränderungen in der Produktion mit Deinem Team (d/m/w) umgesetzt
- Du bringst eine lösungsorientierte, organisierte, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute kommunikative sowie kooperierende und motivierende Fähigkeiten
- Ebenfalls bringst Du Durchsetzungsvermögen und Empathie mit
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sowie mindestens fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
