Das HÄLSA House in Bremerhaven ist ein aufstrebendes Unternehmen im Gesundheits

Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Mitarbeiterbindung und -entwicklung im Rahmen unserer gesundheitsorientierten Unternehmensphilosophie
- Gestaltung einer positiven und inklusiven Unternehmenskultur, die die individuellen Bedürfnisse unserer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter berücksichtigt
- Beratung der Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Themen und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Führungskompetenzen
- Identifizierung von Schulungs
- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten für unsere Teams im Bereich Gesundheit, Wellness und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung
- Implementierung effektiver HR-Prozesse und -Richtlinien, die unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter unterstützen und fördern
- Durchführung von Mitarbeiterumfragen und -analysen, um das Engagement und die Zufriedenheit zu messen und gezielte Verbesserungsmaßnahmen abzuleiten
- Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung und Auswahl neuer Talente, die unsere Werte und Vision teilen
- Konzeption und Organisation von Teambuilding
- und Mitarbeiterengagement-Initiativen, um ein starkes Zusammengehörigkeitsgefühl zu fördern
- Aufbau und Pflege von Netzwerken, um Best Practices im Bereich People and Culture auszutauschen und innovative Ansätze einzubringen

Qualifikation
- Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Umsetzung von HR-Strategien und -Programmen, insbesondere im Bereich Mitarbeiterbindung und -entwicklung
- Fundiertes Verständnis von HR-Best Practices und Arbeitsrecht, speziell im Kontext der Gesundheitsbranche
- Exzellente Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter zu inspirieren und zu motivieren
- Starkes Einfühlungsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen, um ein vertrauensvolles Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen
- Proaktiver Ansatz zur Problemlösung und Fähigkeit, in einem sich schnell verändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Hohe Vertraulichkeit und Integrität im Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen, insbesondere im Gesundheitsbereich
