As a Senior HR Project Lead ServiceNow at Infineon, your role will be instrumental in leading global projects that digitalize and harmonize end-to-end employee lifecycle events on our HR delivery ServiceNow platform. In your new role you will:

- Take responsibility in global projects to **harmonize, digitalize and implement end-2-end employee lifecycle events **(e.g. Termination, Leave, Development,) into our **HR delivery **ServiceNow platform**:

- Steer an **international project **team consisting of HR and IT colleagues as well as external consultants to ensure an implementation in the defined scope, budget, and time
- **Lead and drive all necessary process steps **as design, sounding, testing, implementation, deployment, enablement, and hyper care
- Balance **local requirements **with **global harmonization of processes **to maximize value for all involved parties and increase efficiency
- **Drive global stakeholder alignments **within IT and HR, as well as Data Protection, Labor Relations, or our Works Councils to manage risks and dependencies
- Actively ensure project timeline and delivery by project members to **safeguard timely implementation**:

- Drive related **communication, change
- and stakeholder management**

As an experienced project manager, you excel in addressing diverse stakeholder groups within multinational organizations. Your proven track record of driving change makes you an invaluable asset for executing strategic projects. You thrive in tackling complex challenges and finding innovative solutions.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Business Administration **, **Human Resources **, **Project Management **or related fields
- **At least 5 years of professional experience **in a multinational working environment, ideally with focus on user **experience management **(UX) **or **Human Resources Management**:

- Profound experience with **agile project management methodologies **and **design thinking**:

- Proven track record with **change
- and stakeholder management **in large, international organizations
- Advanced **communication **skills and experienced in addressing various stakeholder groups incl. management level**:

- Leadership and ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Fluent English skills, German is a plus
