**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Themen Compliance, Exportkontrolle und Datenschutz
- Sie leiten ein kleines Team von Spezialisten und haben als erster Ansprechpartner für den Bereich Compliance eine direkte Berichtslinie an die Geschäftsleitung
- In dieser Funktion erstellen und pflegen Sie Compliance Richtlinien, führen Schulungen durch gehen compliance-relevanten Vorfällen nach
- Sie sind bereit, sich vertieft in die Bereiche Exportkontrolle und Datenschutz einzuarbeiten und diese Bereiche in Ihr Team zu integrieren und anzuleiten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie sind Wirtschaftsjurist oder Volljurist oder haben eine vergleichbare juristische Ausbildung
- Sie besitzen einschlägige Berufserfahrung den genannten Bereichen, idealerweise auch im internationalen Umfeld
- Sie haben die Fähigkeit, komplexe juristische Zusammenhänge für Kaufleute verständlich darzustellen
- Sie können auf Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher kommunizieren
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, ergebnisorientiert, verantwortungsbewusst und können mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und einem sicheren Auftreten überzeugen
- Als Teamplayer zeigen Sie hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Einsatzfreude
