**A Snapshot of Your Day**

In this high visibility role, you will lead the activities around the Project Entity’s continuous improvement framework which is not limited to the Business Unit but extends to our partners in different Areas. Together with your team your responsibilities include managing and reporting non-conformities of PE-executed projects, driving best practices and lessons learned, demonstrating productivity measures to improve project performances and drive task forces to fire-fight technical issues.

This role demands strong collaboration, communication, and partnering skills, outstanding stakeholder management, excellent business acumen and a cross-business network.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Oversee PE’s non-conformance management to support the learning across the single functions and businesses
- Use among others Non-Conformance Costs as a lever to identify improvement clusters to prioritize and focus organizational efforts
- Support the organization in becoming self-learning by developing a LEAN concept suitable for project business
- Mitigate the risk exposure of Project Entity-executed projects

**What You Bring**
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in project business and good understanding of risk portfolios
- Leadership experience in international teams and managing multiple interfaces
- Experienced in communication with all levels of hierarchy especially with senior management
- Ideally you are a trained and experienced Six Sigma Black Belt
- Strong set of personal skills that support building a network, developing people, culture and organization combined with a mindset of proactiveness, innovation and teamwork
- Eagerness to consistently meet and exceed commitments/objectives while taking ownership of complex challenges

The Project Entity team is responsible for world class execution and the successful delivery of complex projects across all Business Areas within Siemens Energy. We create and make use of synergies and high qualified competences across all Business Areas to deliver projects as One Siemens Energy. With a strong focus on digitalization and productivity we deliver projects on time and in budget while driving project excellence standards, best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
