Then come and join our global team as Head of Creation and Promotion (f/m/d) in Strategic Healthcare Marketing to drive customer communication for companywide initiatives.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You develop impactful content for large healthcare target audiences, such as healthcare professionals, with a focus on healthcare executives You create articles, videos, case studies, social media content and advertisement for our furthest reaching customer focused channels You craft integrated, cross-functional, and results-driven promotional campaigns for social media and digital advertising platforms You generate progress reports, metrics, and actionable analytics for communications campaigns, recommending improvements and best practices based on results You collaborate with colleagues internationally to develop culturally relevant communications and demand generation campaigns You implement AI-based content generation experiments to streamline content generation processes and enable mass-personalization of content, to enable the team to effectively drive digital marketing efforts

Your qualifications and experience:

You hold a university degree in communications, marketing, English, advertising, or within a related field You have long-time experience in communications, advertising, or marketing, including individual contributor or management roles Additionally you have several years of experience as a trusted leader with a proven track record of successfully managing communication teams at a senior level You have the proven ability to write, implement, monitor, and adapt innovative content and promotional campaigns for social media and other platforms You impress through strong analytical skills to adapt campaigns and tactics based on metrics You have strong project management skills Proficiency in content management platforms is a plus Ideally you have a background in healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences

You have very good English-language skills and are confident within an international environment; spoken skill in German is an added advantage You are a creative thinker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for driving results through high-quality content creation and performance analytics You impress with your drive and fresh ideas to innovate within the current media landscape You have leadership abilities to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously You are a strategic thinker to develop impactful communications campaigns integrating within a large matrix organization You impress with attention to detail to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy in communications You are passionate about healthcare and are contagiously energetic You are flexible to travel internationally (travel time estimated to be up to 25%)
