**Job Description**:
**QAD** is seeking an experienced **Sales Executive (Supply Chain) **who is passionate about knowing their customers' world better than their customers know it themselves. We are encouraging you to teach, tailor and control, to push the customer’s thinking and teach them something new.

You will work with Sales Management and Marketing to define and achieve strategic goals. This will involve working with Business Development Representatives and Field Marketing to build campaigns, tailoring business assets and tools to the needs of the market segment.

**What you’ll do**:

- Assist in the development and execution of strategies to achieve sales in identified industries/markets over a range of new and established multinational or local accounts.
- Prepare proposals and deliver presentations that explain how QAD DSCP addresses customers’ supply chain planning needs and goals.
- Take full responsibility for the forecast and consistently beat it.
- Develop and implement successful new sales and account plans and take responsibility for their communication and implementation.
- Liaise with the relevant functional and regional parties to achieve the objectives of the plan.
- Prepare quotations, RFP’s and sales proposals using standard pricing and observing QAD DSCP's processes and methodologies.
- Coordinate and oversee demonstrations and presentations of QAD's products and services where appropriate.
- Negotiate price within the parameters of QAD’s sales/marketing policy.
- Ensure that prospects/customers are satisfied with QAD's products and services.
- Ensure that regular contact is maintained with prospects/customers. Respond to prospect/customer complaints.
- Manage your funnel against the standard QAD policies and practices in a timely and professional manner. This includes recording all activities and actions in QAD’s CRM system.
- Attend trade shows or conventions as required. Develop effective business and commercial contacts within targeted industries.
- Monitor competitors positioning, services and promotional activities.
- Liaise with Services and Sales Consultants as appropriate regarding the feasibility of technical elements of proposals to ensure effective and profitable installations.

**Qualifications**:

- ** We are looking for someone that is Fluent in both English and German**:

- A self-motivated overachiever attitude that enjoys developing and closing opportunities by leveraging relationships and questioning the status quo.
- Previous experience selling SAAS technologies to a manufacturing and/or supply chain clientele is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of marketing and customer acquisition processes
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment. Driving continuous improvement in the team and wider sales function while achieving your own goals.
