Join us as an **HR Intern** (f/m/d)*
As Humanoo continues its relentless growth, you will get a big opportunity to take a 360 degrees look at everything the People Team is working on, witnessing the transition to a more mature stage as a company. You will join our team that is made up of a group of inspired people who constantly strive to improve HUMANOO and also themselves. **The values guiding us are**:

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME: *
- You will have the opportunity to gain insights and support the team in major areas of the **employee lifecycle**: onboarding, feedback & development cycles, employee engagement, administrative tasks and office management
- You will help us to provide an **excellent experience** for our people and guests at the office: act as a point of contact for all workplace related topics for internal and external stakeholders
- You support on all **People Operations** related topics, i.e. and ensuring the proper handling of our digital and physical employee files
- You will proactively contribute to **major people & workplace projects** for our team OKRs
- You take part in meetings with internal stakeholders, having the chance to get a great variety of **strategic insights**

**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- You should either be currently enrolled in a **Bachelor or Master degree program** (Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Humanities or similar) or you are part of a **retraining program** that requires a **mandatory** internship
- You bring in enthusiasm and a genuine interest for the HR world, you are very open-minded, eager to learn and contribute with your ideas
- You enjoy working in diverse and international work environments
- You are fluent in **German** (C1 level, you need to be comfortable dealing with official documents) and **English** (our company language)
- You have a self-starter attitude with a high sense of ownership and are curious by nature, you are proactive and ready to take over tasks beyond your usual duties
- Ideally you have first experience in working with HR topics
