**About your future Team**

Transaction Banking team is the pulsating heart inside Solaris Operations. We handle a handful of tasks, being responsible for both internal and external business operations requests. We work closely with Sales Support, Tech, Product and Compliance teams as well as third-party providers. Our main goal is to ensure the daily business operations are running smoothly.

**Your Role**:

- Build, manage, and scale our transaction banking operations
- Support the definition of quarterly targets (OKRs) and develop & maintain KPIs that reflect the status of our operations, and ensure they are met
- Improve our processes, maximize performance, fix root cause issues, and build scalable solutions
- Deliver for our partners and ensure we meet our obligations towards other financial institutions and regulators
- Lead and develop the Transaction Banking Operations team
- Deliver to the satisfaction of our partners, with a particular view to meeting SLAs
- Participate in defining OKRs and translate them into workable targets
for the team

**We'd love to see**:

- Experience building and managing operational teams with 10 or more employees
- Minimum 7 years work experience in a bank or financial institution (preferably in
payments)
- Completed university studies at master's level
- Strong track record of achievement
- Knowledge of payment schemes, clearing schemes, and correspondent banking
- Flawless German and excellent English
