**Customer Account Representative (f/m/d)**

with fluent Spanish and English language skills

**What to expect**:

- Contacts customers to resolve outstanding credit and debit balances and ensures orders ship same day whenever possible
- Provides account information to customers
- Reconciles customer account information
- Works closely with both the Customer Service and the Finance department

**What we are looking for**:

- Desire and ability to interact directly with customers and carry out correspondences in a professional and courteous manner
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills, written and verbal; additional EU language skills beneficial
- Good computer and MS Office skills, as well as an affinity for numbers
- Meets targets while interacting with colleagues within the team and liaising departments
- Works with initiative
