**Head of Controlling Germany (m/w/d)**

In einer agilen, international ausgerichteten Unternehmung mit innovativen Geschäftsfeldern sind Sie mit einem kleinen Team zudem verantwortlich für das operative Controlling.

Mit Berichtslinie an die Direktorin Finanzen, liegen die Hauptziele dieser Funktion in der Schaffung eines transparenten Planungs
- und Reportingsystems sowie in der entsprechenden Aufbereitung der Zahlen für das lokale Management. Neben Ihren operativen Tätigkeiten treiben Sie stets auch eine zielorientierte Weiterentwicklung Ihres Verantwortungsbereichs voran.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Eigenverantwortliche Führung und Steuerung des Bereichs Controlling
- Verantwortlich für die Koordination der Planungsprozesse (Budget & Monatlicher Forecast)
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Ansprechpartner für Accounting Team, Group Controlling und local Management
- Standardisierung interner Strukturen und Prozesse zur Erhöhung der Transparenz und mit dem Ziel von Effizienzsteigerungen
- Erstellen von aussagekräftigen Managementberichten (Dashboard) zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensstrategie
- Permanente Weiterentwicklung des Controlling-Instrumentariums unter Berücksichtigung der Digitalisierungstrends im Bereich Finance und Beachtung der Gruppenstandards

**Must-have**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse modernster Prozesse und Instrumente
- Hohe Identifikation mit dem Unternehmen und der Aufgabe
- Ordentliche, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Gute Englischkenntnisse

**Nice-to-have**:

- Zusatzqualifikationen für das Controlling
- idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung
