Unsere Medizintechnik nutzt Bewegungssensorik, um den Gang von Parkinson-Patienten mit hoher Präzision zu analysieren. Jeder Schritt des Patienten ist ein Lernschritt für uns. Wir sind ein multidisziplinäres Team und arbeiten eng mit Forschern aus Medizin und Technik zusammen. Mit unserem Produkt ParkinsonGo bieten wir eine hybride Versorgung für Parkinson Patienten an: Direkte Unterstützung durch eine App und ergänzende Betreuung durch erfahrene Parkinson-Telenurses. Unser Leitmotiv ist, für Patienten eine echte Hilfe im Alltag zu sein: weniger Bewegungseinschränkungen, mehr Lebensqualität.

Für die technischen Herausforderungen für die Markteinführung unseres Versorgungskonzepts im kommenden Jahr vergrößern wir unser Team und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit

**Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den technischen Support**:
in unserem Office in Erlangen (hybrides Arbeiten möglich).

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Sie unterstützen unsere Technik-/Entwicklungsabteilung durch
- Vorbereitung und Bereitstellung von Hard
- und Software für Patienten und medizinisches Fachpersonal
- technischen Telefonsupport für Patienten und Anwender in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Softwareentwicklern
- regelmäßige Tests unseres Systems (Hardware und Software)
- Protokollierung der Tests für unser Qualitätsmanagement
- Übernahme von technischen Tickets
- handwerkliche Tätigkeiten (wie z.B. Lasergravieren von Sensoren)

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie sind Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder haben eine Ausbildung in einem anderen Beruf mit technischem Hintergrund und mind. 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung.
- Ihnen ist der Umgang mit MS Office, Team Viewer und den gängigen Telekonferenzplattformen bekannt.
- Sie sind kommunikationsfähig und haben keine Scheu, mit Patienten oder medizinischem Fachpersonal in Kontakt zu treten.
- Sie sind motiviert, in unserem jungen Unternehmen aktiv mitzugestalten, sind flexibel und zeigen großes Engagement mit Eigeninitiative, fachlicher Kompetenz und Kontaktfreudigkeit.
- Sie beherrschen die deutsche Sprache sehr gut in Wort und Schrift und können die englische Sprache im täglichen Leben anwenden.
