**Job Description**:
We´re seeking a German and English speaking **People Services Hub Advisor (d/f/m) **to join our team in Berlin
**What you´ll do**:
The PSH Advisors are generalists, responsible for all 1st line queries, transactions and standardized reporting requests that come into the People Services Hub. The Advisors are organized by market (e.g location of the employee submitting a request) or Function (Recruitment and Onboarding).
- Handle first line queries in local language (German) and English
- Forward queries to the right person of contact within or outside of HR (e.g. for non-HR queries such as payroll-related)
- Is responsible for Workday administrational tasks (e.g data management)
- Generate dashboards for standardized reporting as well as cases for customized report requests
- Publish new content on knowledge dashboards and other knowledge repositories
- Support the Centers of Excellence and People Business partners operational activities such as updating and maintaining data, organization-wide communications and administrational activities
- Provide an overall great employee experience
This role is global but will be based in Berlin Dreilinden or next year in the new office in Charlottenburg. As this team will be learning and developing together and as there are many transactions that need to be done in the office (e.g. working with hard copy documents etc.), we would envisage that the majority of the week would be **office-based (4 days per week as well as 1 day in home-office)**.

**Who you are**:
- You bring a first professional experience within HR, ideally in operations or similar as well as solid knowledge of HR SAP, WorkDay or other HR data management systems.
- You have an excellent communication skills in both, German and English.
- Additional language skills in one of this languages: Spanisch, Dutch, Italian, French, would be a plus
- Intercultural sensitivity and great stakeholder management skills are a part of your DNA.
- You love to take advantage of learning opportunities and acquiring new knowledge
- You´re a super structured, well organized, proactive person who always explores multiple alternatives and approaches to overcome obstacles and to find positive aspects in every situation.
- You understand the business needs and possess an ability to adjust the message and style according to the target audience.
- You also keep track of several project milestones and KPIs, respecting timelines and commitments.
- You have a natural curiosity to find alternative solutions respecting and considering different policies, opinions and perspectives.
