**Wen wir suchen**

Wir suchen eine*n motivierte*n Team Lead Compliance für unser deutsches Compliance Team.

Gemäß unserer Philosophie leistest Du als Team-Lead des Compliance-Bereichs Input, Beratung und Schulungen zu Compliance-Fragen und implementierst Prozesse, die dem Unternehmen helfen, die Einhaltung von Vorschriften zu überwachen.

Das Team fungiert primär als beratende Funktion für die Kollegen aus den operativen bzw. administrativen Teams, mit dem Ziel, dass die eigentliche Ausführung und Ownership gemäss dem 3-Lines of Defense-Modell im Idealfall bei den jeweiligen Teams (z.B. Customer Success, Marketing usw.) liegen sollte.

Du wirst an den General Manager für Deutschland berichten, wobei eine enge Interaktion mit unseren britischen und globalen Compliance-Teams (Regulatory, FinCrime, Data & GDPR) sowie mit verschiedenen Geschäftsfunktionen bestehen und gefördert wird.

Neben Deinem fundierten fachlichen Wissen in Themen wie z.B. GDPR, Geldwäschebekämpfung, Sanktionen und Betrugsvermeidung, zeichnest Du dich als pragmatische und engagierte Persönlichkeit aus. Du hast das Verständnis, das starke Wachstum des Unternehmens, unter Berücksichtigung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Gesetze und Regeln, auch strategisch und ökonomisch zu fördern.

Du bist als Team-Lead für die Betreuung des deutschen Compliance-Teams verantwortlich und wirst dieses gemäß den jetzigen und zukünftigen Anforderungen entwickeln.

**Deine typischen Aufgaben**
- Führung des Deutschen Compliance-Teamsbereichs inkl. Projektmanagement, OKR-Management und des Compliance Monitoring Programms
- Führung, Coaching und Entwicklung Deiner Mitarbeiter*innen im deutschen Compliance-Team
- die laufende Überwachung und das fortlaufende Reporting zur Sicherstellung, dass iwoca die Compliance-Anforderungen mit dem Schwerpunkt, Bekämpfung von AML/CTF und weiteren Financial Crime Themen wie z.B. Betrug, einhält
- die kontinuierliche Bewertung der Wirksamkeit unserer Policies, Trainings und Kontrollen um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Ansätze und Methoden angemessen und effizient sind
- das laufende Monitoring von gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Entwicklungen und Trends (Horizon Screening), sowie die Teilnahme an Branchenforen und Workshops, um sicherzustellen, dass wichtige Entwicklungen an die betroffenen Einheiten und das Management weitergegeben werden
- als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Fragen und Diskussionen in Zusammenhang mit relevanten Compliance-Themen fungieren
- die Durchführung regelmäßiger Compliance
- und AML/CTF-Risikobewertungen und Überprüfung der Richtlinien/Verfahren (mindestens jährlich, aber auch im Falle neuer Produkte, Rechtsordnungen, Märkte, Akquisitionskanäle usw.)
- die tägliche Überwachung von Transaktionen in Bezug auf verdächtige Aktivitäten und die Durchführung von erweiterten DD/ KYC Maßnahmen mit der Herleitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für die operativen Einheiten bzw. das Management
- erste Kontaktperson für die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Datenschutzbeauftragtem
- erste Kontaktperson für die Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen des Luxemburgischen AIFMs, sowie dem externen RC

**Anforderungen das solltest Du mitbringen**
- Ausgewiesene berufliche und akademische Erfahrungen im Bereich Compliance mit Schwerpunkt Financial Crime Bekämpfung (Kenntnisse der deutschen bzw. europäischen GDPR und AML/ CTF Vorschriften). Vorherige Tätigkeiten im Banken
- oder Fintech-Bereich wären von Vorteil
- ein Studium im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften oder ähnliches wäre von Vorteil, ist aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung
- Praktisches und theoretisches Managementwissen, Fähigkeiten in Modellansätzen wie Design Thinking und Projektmanagment
- Erfahrungen im Bereich der Mitarbeiterführung und Entwicklung
- Muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse und hervorragende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstvertrauen, mit Mitarbeitern oder Kollegen aus dem Senior Management in Kontakt zu treten u
