German Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking for a **Health Tourism Sales and Business Development Specialist** for one of our companies which is giving health services in medical tourism sector.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree
- Advanced level in **German **language
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients,
- Advanced negotiation skills,
- Proven sales record of outbound sales agent,
- Good in communication skills,
- Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness,
- Ability to communicate and convince easily over the phone,
- At least 1 year of experience in health tourism sector (Plastic Surgeries, Hair Transplantation or Cosmetic Dentistry)
- Visiting potential business partnerships and dealership areas such as Medical Centers, Medical Clinics, Hairdressers, Beauty Salons, Gyms, etc. in the field to create an organic sales network.
- Creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Suggesting and developing traditional marketing, Digital marketing, Phenomenon (influencer) marketing tactics.
- Carrying out the sales process over the phone in cases where the patient does not prefer to visit the office.
- Evaluating business development initiatives by following opportunities that will explain and grow our business in and around Paris.
- Participating in events, opening a stand at fairs or being a participant to develop your business

An attractive package will be offered, which includes a Basic Salary and commission.
