**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Perform a case study for a practical imlementation of Earned Value Management to support project controlling in a real company environment
- Analyse real project data with respect to EVM-implementation
- Analyse the Earned Value as forecast for actual project cost at completion and potential schedule shifts
- Compare proposed/selected EVM approach with EVM-Norm ANSI EIA 748-A
- Critical evaluation of benefits, challenges and opportunities in case of implementation

**Desired skills and qualifications**:

- Enrolled full-time student in the area of Engineering / Business Administration fields or an equivalent field of study.
- First practical experience in the field of Project Management is desirable.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Reliable and independent way of working with a hands on mindset.
- Good communication, active listening and teamwork skills with an open mind.
