**IHRE AUFGABEN**:
Als Leader im Bereich des Project Managements berichten Sie an den Industrial Director und sind für folgende Tätigkeiten global verantwortlich:

- Unterstützung bei der effektiven Umsetzung strategischer und taktischer Umstrukturierungen und geschäftlicher Veränderungen in unserem Industriegeschäft
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Abteilungsleitern hinsichtlich Projektdefinition, -priorisierung und -entwickelung
- Planung des Projektmanagements, einschließlich der Festlegung von Fristen, der Priorisierung von Aufgaben und der Zuweisung von Teammitgliedern
- Beaufsichtigung der Projektentwicklung und Sicherstellung einer effizienten Ausführung der Aufgaben unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensstandards
- Ausarbeitung neuer und Verbesserung bestehender Richtlinien und Verfahren des Projektmanagementbüros
- Kontinuierliche Bewertung von Projekten, zur Sicherzustellen der Unternehmensstandards unter Berücksichtigung & Einhaltung von Budgets und Fristen
- Sorgfältige Dokumentation von der Projektentstehung bis hin zum Projektumfang
- Zusammenarbeit verschiedenster Mitarbeiter
- und Führungsgruppen, um die Umsetzungsansätze zu stärken und Sicherheiten für wichtige geschäftliche Veränderungen zu bieten

**Profile**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieur-, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL/VWL) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 8-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position oder in der Beratung von Industrieunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf agiles Project Management
- Gute Präsentations-Skills auf Vorstandsebene
- Hands-On Mentalität (Durchsetzungskraft, Handlungsorientierung und Zielstrebigkeit)
- Starkes Organisationstalent, hohe Umsatzkompetenz, ausgeprägte Agilität und Stressresistenz
- Sie sind ein PMO-Spezialist, der über fundierte Erfahrungen in der Beratung und Betreuung wichtiger Interessengruppen verfügt und bewährte PMO-Verfahren mitbringt
