**A Snapshot of Your Day**

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Technical PMO Lead. The responsibilities of the Technical PMO Lead includes managing the day-to-day activities in the department, providing guidance on policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs. To be successful as a Technical PMO Lead, you should demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and be well organized.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
- Providing financial reports and budget outlines to management
- Overseeing the development of the department project portfolio and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s standards
- Drafting new and improving existing department policies and processes
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s or M.Sc. degree required
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus
- A minimum of five years' experience and in a supervisory position may be advantageous
- Strong leadership skills, Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to travel as required

**About the Team**

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
