We are Elektrobit and we develop visionary embedded and connected software for the automotive industry. What you do
Lead the development and execution of digital transformation strategies and concepts in line with the company’s objectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for process improvements, digitization and streamlining workflows along the sales cycle.
Utilize technology and digital solutions to optimize operational process efficiency and improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Increase transparency and data-driven decision-making by leveraging data analytics to make informed decisions in forecasting, budgeting and after sales service.
Continuously optimize digital solutions and drive their adoption in the teams to maximize operational and process excellence.
What you bring
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
Several years of experience in leading digital transformation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
Ability to understand and align technology solutions with business goals.
Proficiency with data analysis tools and modern data platforms.
