Für unseren Standort in Berlin suchen wir einen Head of Product (all genders), der sich mit dem Wandel in der digitalen Bildungs-Welt, den veränderten Bedarfsansprüchen von unseren Kursteilnehmenden und den behördlichen Rahmenbedingungen lösungsorientiert auseinandersetzt und dabei das Wachstum und die KPIs nicht aus dem Blick verliert.

Deine Aufgaben- Du bist ganzheitlich für den Produkt-Bereich vom DCI verantwortlich und führst alle davon betroffenen Bereiche, wie unser Learning- und Teacher-Department, Projektmanagement und die jeweiligen Kurs-Sparten.
- Deine Stärke ist die Entwicklung und Erstellung von Produkt-Roadmaps für neue Kurs-Potentiale und die Sicherstellung und stetige Verbesserung der Qualität der bestehenden Produkte.
- Durch Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise hast du jederzeit den Überblick über die laufenden und geplanten Kurse und achtest auf die Erreichung der KPIs.
- Das gesundes Maß an Chancenorientierung, Risikobereitschaft und Durchsetzungsstärke sorgen für den Erfolg deiner Arbeit.
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit alleiniger Produktverantwortung.
- Du hast bereits eine Unternehmenssparte über zwei Ebenen mit mehr als 100 Mitarbeitenden erfolgreich geführt.
- In der Vergangenheit konntest du Berufserfahrung in einem dynamisch wachsenden Unternehmen und hast Deine internationalen Teams in Deutsch und Englisch geführt.
- Du besitzt eine lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise.
- Die Analyse und das Ergreifen von geeigneten Maßnahmen gehört zu deinen Stärken.
