For our team in Europe, we are currently looking for a

**Logistics Coordinator**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Liasing between EU Sales Operations and Coordination with China Supply Chain/Logistics department
- Freight Management of inbound shipments from China to Europe (ETA’s)
- Preparation and coordination of relevant paperwork and customs documentation (i.e. commercial invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading, shipped product information data etc.).
- Support and coordination of relevant administration and customs requirements
- Inbound B/L management & release
- Upload and data management of stock allocation system
- Outbound Order release management
- ERP/Oracle data entry operation
- Inbound stock management & sub-inventory transfer
- Outbound stock management & ship confirm
- Coordination with third party logistics provider regarding European warehouse, Customs Clearance and European distribution.
- Logistics Quotes, Invoice auditing and raising PO’s
- Insurance claim support and coordination of Service returns (RMA).
- Administrative management of logistics documentation

**Requirements**:

- A Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment
- Previous experience working within a transportation or logistics administration position
- Good knowledge of international business environment, operations and practices (from international payment terms and conditions to Incoterm usage)
- Advance knowledge of logistics terminology and practices (Bill of Lading, CMR, Incoterms)
- Computer literacy, especially in MS Excel, MS Outlook and ERP systems preferably Oracle.
- Excellent organizational skills and solutions oriented mentality
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and interact with the rest of the team, with customers and key players
- Proactive and self-starter. Taking initiative when required.
- Excellent English language skills both spoken and written. German, Spanish, or any other languages will be considered an advantage.
