Der Zentralbereich Operations - Messeservice, ist der Motor zur Umsetzung aller Messen und Veranstaltungen insbesondere am Standort Riem. Dabei werden alle Services für Aussteller, Besucher und Gastveranstalter professionell und zielgruppengerecht zur Verfügung gestellt, organisiert, angeboten, überprüft, angepasst und entwickelt. Besondere Projekte, wie Open-Air-Konzerte oder die IAA Mobility stellen uns vor Herausforderungen, die Sie mit neuen Impulsen mitgestalten können.

Für unseren Zentralbereich Operations - Messeservice, Abteilung Security, Logistics & Traffic, Team Logistics & Traffic, suchen wir ab 01. Januar 2024 und unbefristet eine/n **Logistics & Traffic Coordinator (m/w/d)**.

Bei dieser Position handelt es sich um eine unbefristete Anstellung in Voll
- oder Teilzeit.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Messen und Veranstaltungen im Bereich Logistik
- und Verkehrsmanagement und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Partnern.
- Lösungsorientierte Beratung von Kunden bei Messen und Veranstaltungen inkl. Auskunftserteilung, Beschwerde
- und Reklamationsmanagement sowie Bearbeitung interner und externer Anfragen.
- Eigenverantwortliche Organisation des Büromanagements inkl. Übernahme administrativer Tätigkeiten, wie Beauftragung und Rechnungsprüfung, Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Terminen und Besprechungen, Erstellung von Genehmigungen, etc.
- Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Konzepten mit den Schwerpunkten Verkehr und/oder Logistik.
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Sonderprojekten innerhalb des Fachbereichs.

**Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit**:

- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Veranstaltungswesen, im Bereich Logistik/Verkehr oder eine anderweitige kaufmännische Ausbildung.
- Sie verfügen über erste Berufserfahrungen im angesprochenen Aufgabenbereich, idealerweise im Veranstaltungs
- oder Eventbereich.
- Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, eine hohe Service
- und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten verbunden mit einem sicheren Auftreten.
- Eine eigenverantwortliche und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise sowie die Bereitschaft zu teamübergreifenden Arbeiten sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen. Kenntnisse in weiteren Softwareanwendungen, wie Adobe Illustrator oder SAP sind von Vorteil.
