**Your Tasks**:
Develop the global strategy for Supply Chain Customer Management (SC CM) capabilities building. Lead and implement key strategic projects aimed at continuously improving local capabilities and processes in the areas of order management and end-to-end collaboration with key selected customers. Represent Beiersdorf Regional SC in key customer-facing international forums and platforms.
- **SC Strategy**:Cooperate in developing and implementing global supply chain strategy. Contribute with tasks & activities to overall SC strategy, work in & guide multi-functional teams and cooperate with all related functions end-to-end to ensure best possible company performance.
- **SC Customer Management Strategy**:Develop & implement strategy and organization for customer management, including how to support international strategic customers in alignment with Global/ Regional Sales.
- **Competencies Development**:Assess maturity and effectiveness of local processes and tools and ensure their continuous improvements through a series of change management projects and implementation of new tools & processes.
Cooperate with Global Sales, international project teams and ultimately customers, in order to develop innovative processes to pursue efficiency and accuracy of information exchange and logistic end-to-end optimization with customers (e.g. segmentation, cost-to-serve)
- **Target Setting**:Facilitate target setting for SC CM area on total region and MU level.
- **Community Development**:Develop continuous improvement mind set at local and regional level, through adequate trainings and framework. Lead and develop SC CM community of practice (local SC CM Mgr.), stimulate, collect and share internally good practices and ideas to improve.

- Long-standing experience in Supply Chain
- Logistics & Customer Management experience
- Cross-functional experience
- International experience
- Leadership of teams
