Internal Job Title: Specialist, Sales
We are looking for a Key Account Support superstar for our distributor business in Austria and Switzerland. Someone with great admin skills, a keen eye for detail, and a skill for juggling lots of balls. We’re looking for someone who can assist the distributor team in managing retail relationships, hitting budgets & executing our core plan.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide great day to day support to our distributors:
- Provide customers all the necessary information (i.e. product data sheets, product passports & turnover reports, NPD details)
- With bringing up distributor sell in analysis / insights to help the business analysis
- Provide data driven, accurate & timely inputs to distributor manager and demand planning to support S&OP process and accurate forecasts. Work closely with the distributors to ensure their customer service needs are met
- Maintain the high level of accuracy of technical data
- Support delivery of our strategy by also working independently on your own projects (e.g. work on launch projects of new SKUs)
- Serve as a passionate role model for our values and advocate within our customers (brand from the inside out), further positioning our brands as differentiated and values-driven to support premium positioning.
Your superpowers:
- University degree (Bachelor or Master)
- You’re a wizz with Microsoft Office suite and SAP.
- Ideally you’ll have had experience working in a retail or FMCG environment and seeking a career in Sales.
- You’re a language maestro, speaking both German and English fluently.
- Your communications credentials are one of your biggest strengths; you can strike up strong relationships with people from the get-go.
- You're a self-starter who isn’t just waiting for instruction, you seek out opportunities and make them happen with passion
