**Do you want to work with international e-commerce?**:
MakesYouLocal helps webshops to expand and succeed abroad. Several of our clients are focusing on markets across Europe, including Germany, which is why we are looking for new colleagues to join our German team in Berlin

In this position, you will play an important part in our clients' success in the German market. Together with the team, you will help webshops with various tasks, such as customer service, translations and social media monitoring. The position teaches you a lot about international e-commerce and gives you an opportunity to grow into more senior positions over time.

Our new colleague should have a good understanding of German consumers’ mindset, as well as first-hand knowledge of the culture.

**What we expect from our next colleague**:
We are looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers. Experience in a relevant field such as e-commerce, customer service, retail, hospitality or similar is a plus, however, the most important thing is a willingness to learn.

**You should have**:

- Native-level German language skills
- Deep understanding of German consumers’ mindset and first-hand knowledge about the culture
- Good command of English, written and spoken
- Good computer skills and a willingness to learn new things
- A team-player attitude

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Social media monitoring on behalf of webshops
- Providing valuable feedback to clients to optimise the customer experience
- Giving monthly feedback on challenges and improvements for the clients' webshops
- Being in close, ongoing communication with one or more webshops regarding their performance
