We're looking for a **Fulfilment Coordinator **to join our Fulfilment team in Berlin. Reporting to the Team Lead for Fulfilment, you will use your organization skills and tech-savviness to support our customers with hardware and shipment tasks.

**What you'll be doing**:
Your main task is to ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of our hardware deliveries. This includes following topics/tasks
- Take delivery of goods and supplies
- Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery; pick and pack orders for dispatch
- Collaborate with vendors to monitor and ensure availability of hardware stock;
- Manage & monitor inventory and shipments internally and via external warehouses;
- RMA processing; including basic functionality check, grading etc.
- Take proactive measures to ensure the hardware is efficiently delivered to customers;
- Align and improve fulfilment processes to reduce error

**What you need to bring**:
We're a team of 7 people located in Germany, part of a great Go to Market Support department. Our team is responsible for managing and monitoring our inbound and outbound logistics processes.

Helping our colleagues throughout this whole proceses with our expertise.

We're looking for a Fulfillment Specialist who has experience with the following:

- Full working proficiency in English and German
- Stellar time management and organization skills;
- Obsessive attention to detail;
- A thorough and methodical approach to your work;
- Excellent typing and multitasking skills;
- Previous experience in ECommerce, Retail or Restaurant would be ideal, but we'll settle for passion and enthusiasm for the industry.
