Aufgaben
- Provide office support including customer visit, onsiter and employee support
- Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Update office policies as needed
- Schedule appointments & meetings
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Communicate with and manage vendors
- Support to organize events such as internal training, policy announcement and webinar etc
- Support bookkeeping procedures
- Other ad hoc support tasks given by the managers
Qualifikation
- Business education, BA in office administration, Apprenticeship in gastronomy, businessman/ businesswoman, or relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience as an office administrator, office assistant, event management or relevant role is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in German and English, knowledge in Vietnamese is a plus
- Organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook). Other design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is strongly preferable.
