**Your tasks**
- **Team Environment and Development**: Foster a collaborative environment by integrating feedback, supporting agile practices, and working closely with Agile Coaches. - **Talent Management and Growth**: Lead by example in the recruitment and development of a skilled, diverse team as well as building up talent from scratch by supporting our Engineering Entry Programs.
