TGRC is seeking an enthusiastic Investment Associate to join our team in Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid).
**The Role**:
- ** Research and Due Diligence**: Dive deep into potential investment opportunities within solar, wind, hydropower, and biomass projects.
- ** Financial Modelling**: Craft comprehensive financial models and conduct valuation assessments to aid in decision-making processes.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with diverse teams to evaluate project feasibility, analyze market dynamics, and develop investment strategies.
- ** Transaction Structuring**: Assist in structuring and negotiating investment deals, from drafting term sheets to coordinating due diligence processes.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Oversee existing renewable energy investments, track performance, identify growth avenues, and manage risks effectively.
- ** Presentation Support**: Aid senior team members in preparing investment proposals, presentations, and reports for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- ** Educational Background**: Holds a Master's degree in finance or economics.
- ** Relevant Experience**: Brings prior experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance, with a specific focus on renewable energy investments.
- ** Financial Proficiency**: Demonstrates strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in financial analysis and valuation techniques.
- ** Language Skills**: Proficient in business English.
