Job title: Investment Associate - Renewable Energy

Location: Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid)

TGRC is seeking an enthusiastic Investment Associate to join our team in Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid).

The Role:

  • Research and Due Diligence: Dive deep into potential investment opportunities within solar, wind, hydropower, and biomass projects.
  • Financial Modelling: Craft comprehensive financial models and conduct valuation assessments to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to evaluate project feasibility, analyze market dynamics, and develop investment strategies.
  • Transaction Structuring: Assist in structuring and negotiating investment deals, from drafting term sheets to coordinating due diligence processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee existing renewable energy investments, track performance, identify growth avenues, and manage risks effectively.
  • Presentation Support: Aid senior team members in preparing investment proposals, presentations, and reports for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Educational Background: Holds a Master's degree in finance or economics.
  • Relevant Experience: Brings prior experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance, with a specific focus on renewable energy investments.
  • Financial Proficiency: Demonstrates strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in financial analysis and valuation techniques.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in business English.
