Wir verfolgen eine langfristige Beteiligungsstrategie und fokussieren uns auf Private-Equity Beteiligungen in etablierte Unternehmen aus dem europäischen Mittelstand sowie Venture Capital Investments in attraktive und zukunftsweisende Geschäftsmodelle. Wir investieren ausschließlich unser eigenes Kapital.


Wir suchen einen Investment Associate.


Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Recherchen zur Identifizierung potenzieller Investitionsmöglichkeiten und Bewertung von Marktchancen.
  • Verantwortlich für die Analyse sowie die Erstellung von Finanzmodellen und Businessplänen zur Bewertung von Investitionen und zur Entwicklung von Finanzprognosen für bestehende und neue Beteiligungen.
  • Managen von Due-Diligence-Prozessen, einschließlich der Koordination externer Berater.
  • Vorbereitung und Koordination umfassender Portfolio-Reportings und Erstellung von Investitionsunterlagen und anderen Dokumenten die für die Kommunikation mit internen Gremien und dem Aufsichtsrat.

 

Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Technik, idealerweise mit wirtschaftlicher Zusatzqualifikation.
  • 4-6 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Private Equity (bevorzugt Small-Mid Cap), Investment Banking, Late Stage Venture Capital, Corporate Finance oder Unternehmensberatung (Strategie/M&A, Deal Advisory, Transaktionsberatung etc.). Erfahrung in unternehmerisch geprägten Strukturen sowie internationale Arbeitserfahrung sind von Vorteil.
  • Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit der Fähigkeit zur schnellen Erfassung und Lösung komplexer Sachverhalte und Geschäftsmodelle. Fähigkeit, Ergebnisse strukturiert und übersichtlich aufzuarbeiten und zu präsentieren.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Excel, PowerPoint und Word. Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen und Erfahrung mit professionellen KI-Anwendungen sind wünschenswert, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Marktanalysen, Due Diligence, Finanzmodellierung und Portfolio-Reporting.
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Einsatzbereitschaft und Streben nach Exzellenz. Professionelle Neugierde und die Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und Verbesserung.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
