Das ist deine Aufgabe
- Als Head of Category Management & Logistics verantwortest Du die marktindividuelle strategische Sortimentsgestaltung und Aktionsplanung und steigerst die Effizienz der Verkaufsflächen. In Deiner Position führst Du Dein Team und verantwortest die optimale Warenpräsentation auf der Verkaufsfläche und fungierst als Ansprechpartner für unsere Lieferanten. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

- Du führst die Teams Category Management, Assortment Coordination sowie Logistik disziplinarisch und fachlich
- Du entwickelst eine standortspezifische Sortimentsstrategie und setzt diese um
- Du analysierst die Sortimentsbausteine und wirtschaftliche Kennzahlen und leitest Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Ergebnisse ein
- Du verhandelst mit lokalen Lieferanten und bist erster Ansprechpartner für die Lieferanten und die Markenvertreter
- Du implementierst Brand Ambassadors und Beauty Consultants, die unsere Marken repräsentieren und Kunden beraten können
- Du planst Promotions
- und Verkaufsaktionen, um den Umsatz zu steigern
- Du arbeitest konstruktiv mit den Führungskräften vor Ort sowie dem zentralen Lager und der Zentrale zusammen
- Du förderst eine vertrauens
- und respektvolle Teamkultur, schätzt Leistungen und feierst Erfolge

Das bringst du mit
- im Idealfall ein abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium oder einschlägige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Category Management und der Logistik
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, unternehmerisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Fähigkeiten als Vorbild, Teamplayer und Coach, damit Dein Team seine Ziele erreichen und Entscheidungen in seinem Verantwortungsbereich selbstständig treffen kann
- ein Auftreten, das auch unter Druck souverän bleibt sowie einen guten Überblick bei der Steuerung der Prozessabläufe, um die Performance der Shops stets zu garantieren
