**Your Role**
As a Head of Category you will be responsible for several of Razor's unique and inspiring categories. You will have end-to-end responsibility to further fuel the growth of your category selection, empower your team of category managers, as well as ideate and lead larger strategic projects with significant P&L impact among different teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing Category Managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that drives results and fosters professional growth
- develop and execute a strategic vision for your category assortment, setting clear objectives, and driving continuous improvement
- take a proactive approach in monitoring and analyzing the product lifecycle of your categories, making data-driven decisions to maximize performance
- drive market expansion across different channels and geographic regions, leveraging your keen understanding of market trends and consumer preferences
- identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities while implementing cost-saving strategies to enhance the category's profitability and overall performance
- act as a key advocate for the category management team, liaising with senior management and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals
**Your Profile**
To succeed in this role you:
- have a master's degree in business, economics, or in a related field
- have 3+ years of relevant eCommerce and/or consumer retail business experience
- are able to effectively lead, mentor and inspire a team of high-performing team members
- thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with a proactive, hands-on approach
- demonstrate strong analytical skills and end-to-end thinking with a focus on fast execution
- have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with your team, stakeholders and management
