**Wir suchen Dich**
Du hast Spaß daran, IT-Produkte in der Logistik-Branche weiterzuentwickeln und den Usern eine hervorragende Customer Experience zu bieten?
Du hast Freude am Arbeiten in einem agilen Team und bist bereit dazu dieses zu leiten?
**_Deine Aufgaben_**
- Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Fachbereiche bei allen Fragen zu den von Dir betreuten Services.
- Du führst Anforderungsanalysen durch und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit unseren Fachbereichen innovative Lösungskonzepte.
- Du arbeitest in einem Team, welches sich aus Softwareentwicklern sowie Testern zusammensetzt nach den Grundsätzen der agilen Softwareentwicklung.
- Du verantwortest die Priorisierung des Product Backlogs und definierst die User Stories,
- Du planst den Kapazitätsbedarf für die Umsetzung im Team, begleitest den Scrum-Prozess und nimmst Entwicklungsergebnisse ab
- Du übernimmst Projektverantwortung in teamübergreifenden Projekten
**Das bringst Du mit**:
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder IT-technische Ausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatik/ Spedition und Logistik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) und sichere Englischkenntnisse
- Selbstständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und Organisationstalent sollten Dein lösungsorientiertes Handeln ergänzen
