**Aufgabenprofil**:
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Fachbereiche bei allen Fragen zu den betreuten Services
- Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen und gemeinsame Erarbeitung innovativer Lösungskonzepte mit unseren Fachbereichen
- Arbeit in einem Team, bestehend aus Softwareentwicklern sowie Testern, die nach den Grundsätzen der agilen Softwareentwicklung arbeiten
- Verantwortung der Priorisierung des Product Backlogs sowie Definition der User Stories
- Planung des Kapazitätsbedarfs für die Umsetzung im Team, Begleitung des Scrum-Prozesses sowie Abnahme der Entwicklungsergebnisse
- Übernahme der Projektverantwortung in teamübergreifenden Projekten
**Qualifikationsprofil**:
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau)
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder IT-technische Ausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatik/ Spedition und Logistik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sichere Englischkenntnisse
- Selbstständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
- Organisationstalent und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
- Erfahrung mit der Arbeit nach Scrum
