You support our team as

HR Generalist / HR Administrator (f/m/d)

**Responsibilities**:
You are responsible for the preparation of payroll accounting for our external service provider as well as payroll auditing and follow-up activities

You continously support the entry, maintenance, checking and correction of master and variable data in Workday and LOGA as well as ensuring data quality

You prepare employment contracts, employment references and all personnel-related documents

You completely handle all administrative and organisational aspects of HR work (the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding)

You support and advice line managers and employees regarding all HR issues

You participate in the further development and optimization of HR processes and their digitalisation to ensure structured and efficient HR processes

**Qualifications**:
You have completed a commercial training or further training, e.g. IHK personnel specialist desirable

You have gained 3-5 years of professional experience in human resources

You offer a good user knowledge of time recording and payroll systems (ideally P&I Loga 3 and Workday) and confident handling of MS Office (especially very good knowledge of Excel)

You also own knowledge of labour, tax and social security law

Good communication, interpersonal skills and organisational talent with good prioritisation skills are characterizing you

High degree of flexibility and results-orientated thinking and acting round up your profile

You are able to communicate business fluent in German and fluent in English
