**Was auf dich im Global Business Services-Traineeprogramm wartet**:

Für unser 12-monatiges Traineeprogramm an den Standorten Ingolstadt, Köln oder Heilbronn suchen wir motivierte Talente.

**Wo siehst Du Deinen Schwerpunkt?**:
Während der 12 Monate des Programms rotierst Du durch drei bis vier unterschiedliche Abteilungen, lernst unseren Kunden im Markt kennen und je nach Zielrolle auch die Standorte Ingolstadt, Köln, Heilbronn und Barcelona.

Gemeinsam nutzen wir die Zeit, um herauszufinden, wie Du Deine Talente auch zukünftig am besten einsetzen und weiter fördern kannst. Nach einem Jahr wirst Du entsprechend Deiner individuellen Stärken als fachliche oder disziplinarische Führungskraft, in Deiner Zielposition eingesetzt.

**Profil**:

- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbstständigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Umsetzungsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
- Gute Sprechkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
