TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join one of our German clients on a hybrid basis in Ingolstadt. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects by providing valuable insights and analysis to support decision-making processes. Aufgaben Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements; Utilize your expertise in AzureDevOps and PowerBI to develop and maintain data visualizations and reports; Provide support to Product Owners in defining and prioritizing product backlogs; Assist in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing; Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement; Support the training and onboarding of customers and internal teams; Qualifikation Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role; Strong proficiency in AzureDevOps and PowerBI; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Experience in supporting Product Owners and Agile methodologies; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Fluent German is must to have; Benefits Competitive salary Professional growth A great atmosphere among professionals who are passionate about their work If you are a proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and product development, we would love to hear from you.
