**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftliches Masterstudium
- Richtlinienkompetenz im Rahmen von Product Care Soll-Prozessen
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Priorisierung von Themen im Rahmen der Quartalsplanung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Initiieren und Steuern sämtlicher Product Care Aktivitäten für übertragene Produkte
- Steuern von Case Ownern in Übernahme und Durchführung von Projektarbeiten
- Vorbereiten von Präsentationen
- Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern
- Erstellen von NIC Cases inklusive Pflegen dieser über den kompletten Lifecycle
- Unterstützen der Qualitätssicherung (80% Planung)
- Steuern von Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden Geschäftsbereichen
- Moderieren von PTM sowie Priorisieren von NIC Cases
- Klären, Initiieren und Steuern von Maßnahmen und Aktivitäten zur Steuerung des Product Care Backlogs
- Weiterentwickeln, Dokumentieren und Veröffentlichen von Product Care Prozessen
