**Job Title**:Publisher Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **New Business Development**:Identify, engage, and secure new publisher partnerships to amplify company growth, with a special emphasis on Tier 2 or 3 publishers.
- **Sales Strategy**:Craft and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or surpass revenue targets.
- **Market Analysis**:Keep abreast of industry trends, recognizing opportunities and potential challenges.
- **Client Relationships**:Foster and uphold robust, enduring client relations, ensuring utmost satisfaction and retention.
- **Collaboration**:Liaise closely with internal teams to relay client requirements and facilitate product enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in publisher ad sales
- Demonstrated capability to onboard new business and consistently meet or excel in sales objectives.
- Possess Tier 3 publisher contacts.
- Sound grasp of the video advertising ecosystem.
- Skilled in employing contemporary sales tools and platforms.
- Stellar verbal and written communication abilities.
