Within your team it's only the manager that you will be reporting to; Petr Tosner, Sales Program Manager - EMEA. However, you will work very closely to the regional Sales Managers and the community, Axis Sales Methodology (ASM) Committee, and HR - with whom you'll run the program together with. As the Sales Trainer & Enablement Lead - EMEA you will also be part of the ASM Committee in EMEA.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As Sales Trainer & Enablement Lead - EMEA you will be central for EMEAs ability to develop, design and deliver the best sales training in our industry, Axis Sales Methodology (ASM). The job requires you to be a coach for our sales community, enabling them to maximize their impact and trust with our customers and partners through ASM.
In close collaboration with Global Sales, EMEA Sales Manager community, ASM committee and HR, the Sales Trainer & Enablement Lead works to deliver and develop a program that reflects Axis identity, culture, and way of doing business consistently across EMEA and globally.
The overall goal for the job is to enable our employees to use ASM in all our customer interactions, maximizing the value for our customers, partners, and Axis. We also aim to offer a fantastic learning & development environment for our sales professionals, growing their competences and setting them up for long term success in their professional life.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver a variety of physical ASM/Trainings in different locations across EMEA.
- Deliver a variety of virtual ASM/Trainings for employees in EMEA.
- Support sales managers in nurturing ASM/Sales learning in their teams.
- Be the core competence holder of ASM/Sales skills in EMEA.
- Support & coach EMEA sales community, optimizing their ability to use ASM.
- Be available for questions and support with planning of customer interactions.
- Develop, evolve and design ASM/Trainings suited for EMEA needs over time.
- Represent EMEA in global ASM forums.
- Be responsible for ASM “train the trainer” concept, making sure we are able train new members of the ASM committee.
This is a job that requires extensive traveling within EMEA to host the different trainings.

- Extensive experience in sales, _preferably as a trainer/educator_
- Strong ASM skills and abilities that are implemented in your day to day work (if you have gone through the ASM program).
- Experience from acting as a coach to other people, supporting them in their success.
- High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- High level of drive, always looking to making things better.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Natural presenter with good knowledge in e.g. Powerpoint
