Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled NDT Engineering Lead to join our team at Fluke. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support, product education, and after-sales services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-service and pre-sales technical support to customers, internal sales teams, and sales agents.
- Offer in-house or external support for application and engineering trials.
- Collect, route, and report field service data.
- Perform on-site installation and training for non-destructive testing detectors.
- Set up, install, and train customers on flux leakage testing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair eddy current flaw detectors as needed.
- Travel at least 25% of the time.
Qualifications
- Hold an engineering degree or have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the NDT field.
- Have good oral and written English and German proficiency.
- Be able to respond to urgent domestic and international travel needs.
- Display a positive attitude towards problem-solving and tight deadlines.
- Possess good organizational and time management skills.
- Be willing to work overtime as required.
- Have basic networking knowledge.
- Be able to read electric circuit diagrams and drawings.
