Technical Application Engineer

Fluke Reliability is a leader in connected reliability, offering a developing framework of products and services to improve asset uptime and support the move to Industry 4.0. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Application Engineer, responsible for ensuring customer success with our powerful iconic brands, including PRUFTECHNIK.
Key Responsibilities- Perform field service data collection, routing, and reporting.
- Conduct incoming inspection, shipment setup, on-site installation, and training for eddy current flaw detectors.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and repair of eddy current flaw detectors.
- Set up, install, and train customers on flux leakage testing equipment.
- Provide pre-service technical support, product education, and after-sales support services.
- Engineering degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Good oral and written English and German proficiency.
- Positive attitude towards problem-solving and tight deadlines.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to respond to urgent domestic and international travel needs.
- Familiarity with Windows PC hardware and software.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Ability to read electric circuit diagrams and drawings.
