**Das erwartet Dich bei uns**:
Bist Du bereit, den Finanzbereich eines aufstrebenden Start-ups zu übernehmen und uns auf unserem Wachstumspfad zu begleiten?

Denn als Head of Finance wirst Du die Verantwortung für unsere (Lohn)Buchhaltung übernehmen und gleichzeitig die Chance haben, unsere Finanzprozesse weiterzuentwickeln und zu optimieren. Du hast die Gelegenheit, den Finanzbereich auszubauen und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung finanzwirtschaftliche Themen zu unterstützen. Dein kritisches Auge für Details ermöglicht es Dir, Finanzberichte sorgfältig zu analysieren, zu bewerten und zu verarbeiten. Dabei identifizierst Du Trends, Muster und Chancen, um fundierte Geschäftsentscheidungen zu treffen. Du hältst gesellschaftsrechtliche Dokumente auf dem neuesten Stand und gewährleistest, dass wir den rechtlichen Anforderungen entsprechen. Weiterhin bist Du für die Vorbereitung der Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB zuständig.
Doch nicht nur das liegt in Deinen kompetenten Händen, sondern auch die Debitoren
- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, das Forderungs
- und Rechnungsmanagement sowie die Anlagenbuchführung.
Darüber hinaus kannst Du mit Deinem Engagement und Deiner Expertise die Rolle der Leadfunktion im Finanzbereich übernehmen.

**Das bist Du**:

- Du bringst mind. 4-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting, Buchhaltung oder Finanzen mit?
- Du strebst danach, Deine berufliche Laufbahn auf ein neues Level zu heben und freust Dich darauf, Dich als Head of Finance zu beweisen?
- Excel und Datev sind Deine Werkzeuge, um Zahlen und Daten effizient zu verarbeiten?
- Du beweist mit Deinem lösungsorientierten und selbstorganisierten Vorgehen jeden Tag aufs Neue, dass Du jede Herausforderung spielend meistern kannst?
- Deine offene und verantwortungsvolle Einstellung macht Dich aus?
- Deine Passion für das, was Du tust, ist ansteckend und inspiriert das gesamte Team?
- Du bist organisiert und behältst auch bei hoher Arbeitsbelastung den Überblick?
