Finance & Operations Associate\* to join us in our office in the heart of Bonn
As a Finance & Operations Associate\*, you will play a key role in the efficient execution of all administrative tasks of the company, with a particular focus on the organization's finance function. You will help us ensure that all financial processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
How you will make an impact
Finance
- Operational support of the CFO / Team Lead Finance & Operations in day-to-day business
- Invoice preparation for our companies (DE & US) as well as clarification of tax issues with our external consultants
- Monitoring and implementation of all incoming and outgoing payments (we use the tool "Pleo") & bank balances
- Dunning system and payment reminders
- Billing management and collaboration on the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Processing of current business transactions in the areas of banking, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Administration/Operations
- Support & representation in operational HR topics
- Organization, coordination, and handling of all admin tasks, such as correspondence, appointment coordination, fleet management, ordering, business trip planning, and accounting
- Administrative and organizational support of the team

**Requirements**:
We have given a lot of thought to the requirements that must be met for this position. In any case, this is what you should bring with you:
- Completed commercial education or equivalent/higher qualification.
- 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in finance and/or as an assistant.
- A high affinity for numbers and a h2 ability to analyze.
- Good knowledge of "DATEV Unternehmen Online".
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Class B driver's license.
