Sie bietet eine maßgeschneiderte Umgebung, in der Kunden ihre KI-Strategien entwickeln und umsetzen können, unterstützt durch unsere Expertise und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.


Deine Rolle:

Als Chief of Staff bist du das organisatorische Rückgrat unseres Teams und eine Schlüsselfigur in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von zauberware und hermine.ai. Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsleitung zusammen und bist verantwortlich für die Koordination und Überwachung administrativer Aufgaben, die auch an externe Dienstleister oder neue Teammitglieder vergeben werden können.


Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Kundenbetreuung: Durchführung und Koordination von Workshops und Onboarding-Sessions, regelmäßige Jourfixe zur Projektverfolgung und Anforderungsaufnahme, sowie die direkte Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden – sowohl in deutscher als auch in englischer Sprache.
  • Content-Erstellung und Kommunikation: Erstellung von Inhalten für unsere Marken zauberware, hermine.ai und bizzonga, sowie die Pflege der Kommunikationskanäle in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Organisation: Übernahme der Verantwortung für Buchhaltungsaufgaben, Office-Management und die Organisation von Workshops, mit der Möglichkeit, bestimmte Aufgaben an externe Partner zu delegieren.
  • Personalmanagement: Planung und Durchführung von Teammeetings (frei nach Wahl in Europa), Identifikation von Personalbedarf und die Betreuung sowie Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder.
  • Produktverbesserung: Sammeln und Analysieren von Kundenfeedback, Koordination mit dem Entwicklungsteam und Testen neuer Funktionen, insbesondere für die hermine.ai-Plattform.


Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise.
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Interesse an neuen Technologien, insbesondere KI und generativen AI-Systemen.
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und kontinuierlich dazuzulernen.
  • Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft, in einem dynamischen und schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
  • Du schätzt ehrliches und direktes Feedback und bist motiviert, aktiv an der strategischen Ausrichtung von zauberware mitzuwirken.
