What can you expect?
- You will be responsible for driving and implementing marketing plans, leading marketing campaigns, organizing regional marketing events, trade shows, events and seminars for the identified market
- Contribute to business planning at the executive level to develop a marketing strategy consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision, and objectives
- Create, develop and manage the corporate marketing plan (short and long term)
- Together with Communication & PR strengthen CDMO brand, raise awareness with efficient communication strategy and support our business development
- Recommend customer research/VOC campaigns to identify and define relevant and meaningful messages and tactics
- Develop criteria and identify overarching brand positioning by target group and across the organization
- Work with our Market Intelligence to identify and develop target markets and groups
- Development of online marketing channels (e.g. eMail-Marketing, Social Media, Banner Advertising etc.)
- Support in optimizing the performance of the Aenova website and development/implementation of SEO/SEA actions to increase the number of relevant visitors
- In close alignment with Communication & PR work across boundaries with different lines of business, and with regional leaders to develop key strategies, plans and tactics to increase the organization’s image and reputation

What should you bring?
- Master’s degree in business administration, marketing or similar
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience in a marketing environment
- Strong healthcare industry knowledge, ideally in CDMO
- Experience in working in large, complex organization where working across boundaries and leading through influence are critical to success
- High degree of self-initiative, structured working method, clear prioritization, confident appearance in dealing with internal and external contacts, clearly recognizable team and customer orientation
- Previous experience in management consulting would be a plus
- Extensive knowledge of relevant databases (e.g. IQVIA) and the use of MS Office
- Proficient in English and German (written and spoken)
