What can you expect?
- Optimization of QC Processes in and between departments at site and within Aenova Group
- Initiation and coordination of groupwide outsourcing projects
- Support harmonization of site procedures and global standards through guidelines
- Enabling global QC operations and QC KPI monitoring.
- Harmonization of external analytics and negotiations of master agreements (umbrella)
- Quality Key Contact for quality control related issues
- Reporting of QC KPI
- Development, Organization and Implementation of strategic groupwide QC-projects
- Continuation Implementation of LIMS and further roll-out

What should you bring?
- Successfully completed degree in natural sciences or pharmaceutics, ideally with doctorate
- Several years of professional experience in quality management in the pharmaceutical industry
- Leadership experience desirable
- Sound cGMP and MS Office knowledge
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- Proactive, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Personally, you are characterized by a high degree of reliability and responsibility as well as communication skills and a high team orientation
- Fluent German and English skills
